1. Service Description
Woos Elite is a creativity growth tracking TOOL for children aged 10-18. It is NOT a permanent storage service. Uploaded files are automatically deleted after 180 days. Users are responsible for downloading and saving their archives regularly.
2. Payment & Refund
Service fee: $/year per child (or ¥/year per child in China). Payment is processed offline after admin approval. All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE once the account is activated. Please confirm before making payment.
3. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate registration information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Download and backup your data before expiration
- Not upload illegal or harmful content
- Comply with all applicable laws
4. Disclaimer
Woos Elite is a creativity tracking tool to assist with university applications. We do NOT guarantee admission to any university, including QS Top 50 institutions. We are NOT responsible for data loss due to expiration (180 days retention). Users bear full responsibility for timely downloading their data.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon account expiration (non-payment), upload functionality will be disabled. Expired data will be deleted according to our data retention policy.
6. Referral Program
Users can earn 10% commission on payments made by referred families. Commission is credited when the referred family's payment is confirmed. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
